Planting Flags to Honor the Fallen
The Somerset Service Unit plated flags in local cemeteries in a meaningful tribute to those who served. Working alongside American Legion members, the Girl Scouts placed more than 100 American flags in honor of military members who had passed away. Along the way, they learned proper flag etiquette and gained an even deeper respect for those who served our county.
