Donna has served as Chair of the Girl Scouts of Maine Board of Directors since 2023. She joined the board in 2016 and previously served as First Vice President, where she led the Board Development Committee.

She believes in the mission of Girl Scouts and in Girl Scouts of Maine's commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of girls across the state. At a time when building courage, confidence, and character has never been more important, Donna is proud to support opportunities that help girls thrive.

“Sisterhood is powerful—a lesson I first learned as a Girl Scout and have carried with me throughout my life. I want to do all I can to give every girl the opportunity to be a Girl Scout.”

Donna credits Girl Scouts as a foundational influence on both her life and her career, which includes nearly four decades of management and leadership experience in the financial services industry.

Tiffany is Maine State Counsel and Vice President for the FNF Family of Companies. She earned a B.A. in History and Art History from Mount Holyoke College, a postgraduate diploma in Art History from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, and a law degree from the University of Maine School of Law.

Tiffany was a Girl Scout and attended Camp Pondicherry as a camper before returning to Pondi as a counselor. She says her time at Girl Scout camp helped her learn and grow in a supportive environment surrounded by strong women who were invested in her success.

Tiffany serves on the Board of Directors of the Maine Real Estate & Development Association (MEREDA). In her free time, she enjoys exploring Maine, on foot and by canoe, with her wife and border collie, Mac. Between seasons, Tiffany is active in adult women's sports leagues, including hockey and golf.

Liz has been an active member of the Girl Scouts of Maine Board of Directors since 2018. She is a senior member of the Council Oak team, a small women-owned public policy consulting firm specializing in natural resources, environmental, and infrastructure issues.

Liz is proud to support Girl Scouts of Maine and the Board's important role in fostering engagement among girls from a wide range of communities, backgrounds, and experiences across the state.

Patrick is Treasurer of the Board, a member of the Executive Committee, and Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee for Girl Scouts of Maine. Both of Patrick's daughters were Girl Scouts, and he believes their successes were greatly influenced by their experiences in Girl Scouts. He feels it is important to provide as many girls as possible with opportunities to develop core leadership skills and values that will enable them to succeed and contribute meaningfully to their communities.

Patrick is Principal of the Information Systems Risk & Assurance Practice at Baker Newman Noyes in Portland. He is also a member of the Finance Committee of Greater Portland Landmarks; a member of both the Board of Directors and Development Committee of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Maine; a former board member of St. John's Catholic School; and a member, presenter, and training course author for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Dottie is a fourth-generation owner and Chief Operating Officer of Chalmers Insurance Group in Bridgton. She says, “The business world needs more executive women...and I hope to inspire young girls to become professional women with excellent leadership skills.”

She is the Past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Institute for Family-Owned Business. She particularly enjoys working with the Executive Committee on board development, recruitment, and new member engagement. She is also a volunteer with Junior Achievement of Maine.

Jennifer is a parent volunteer with her daughter's Girl Scout troop and a director at the law firm Jensen Baird. She is a frequent speaker for the Maine State Bar Association and a past president of the Maine Estate Planning Council.

Previously, Jennifer served on the Planned Giving Committee for Maine Medical Center (now MaineHealth) and has volunteered with Neighbors in Need, Portland Youth Soccer, and La Petite École.

Colleen is the Director of Ecommerce Applications at L.L.Bean. She is passionate about mentoring girls and women and values Girl Scouts' focus on developing leadership skills. She is a Big Sister through Big Brothers Big Sisters to a curious and active 10-year-old girl and has served as a facilitator at the Center for Grieving Children.

Colleen is the proud mother of four adult children and four grandchildren.

Julia is Vice President of People & Engagement at MMG Insurance and has spent nearly 15 years developing expertise in people leadership, recruiting, talent development, and human resources strategy. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from DeVry University and an MBA from Johns Hopkins University, Julia's professional achievements are complemented by her athletic accomplishments.

She competed on the World Cup luge team from 2003 to 2015 and represented the United States at the 2010 Winter Olympics, earning induction into both the Maine Sports Hall of Fame and the Maine Women's Hall of Fame.

Julia is deeply committed to community and youth development, as demonstrated through her founding and leadership of Julia Clukey's Camp for Girls from 2011 to 2017, providing middle school girls with opportunities for personal growth, leadership development, and sportsmanship.

She is passionate about supporting organizations that empower and educate young women, and serving Girl Scouts of Maine aligns perfectly with that commitment.

LeAnne has co-founded and worked with a number of organizations that focus on the use of systems thinking and organizational learning tools and practices to create more effective multi-stakeholder collaborations and individual organizations.

She has an extensive history with Girl Scouts, having served in several executive staff roles and as a volunteer leader and trainer with the legacy Patriot's Trail Girl Scout Council in Boston. She has also served on the Board of Directors of Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts, as well as its Board Development Committee and Scholarship Committee.

LeAnne believes that Girl Scouting has been a pivotal influence in her life and wants to continue giving back. She states, “I believe strongly in the mission of the organization and that, more than ever, we need women in leadership roles—and Girl Scouts has the know-how and programs to develop those leaders. Girls need supportive, safe places to learn and grow. Board members need to be active and vocal advocates for Girl Scouting.”

She enjoys applying her strong strategic and analytical skills to an organization that supports and promotes women in leadership roles. Elaine is a Regional Operations Manager at Bank of America and volunteers for many events through both the bank and her personal interests. Jessamyn is a former Girl Scout and spent five summers as a camper at Camp Pondicherry. She also served as her daughter's troop leader and cookie mom for three years.

She is the Chief Investment Officer and Senior Managing Director at Clearstead Trust, with expertise in corporate finance and investment management. Jessamyn states, “My passion is promoting lifelong leadership and confidence among girls.”

Janet is the retired Principal of the accounting firm Honeck O'Toole and former Board President of the legacy Girl Scouts of Kennebec Council. She previously served as Treasurer of the Girl Scouts of Maine Board of Directors and currently serves on the Finance Audit Committee.

In addition to her work with Girl Scouts, Janet has shared her expertise with the Family Crisis Shelter, United Way of Greater Portland, Maine Women's Fund, Ram Island Dance, Portland Performing Arts Center, Figures of Speech Theatre, and the University of Southern Maine Planned Giving Committee.

As an entrepreneur who ran her own business beginning in 1983, Janet understands what it takes to succeed and willingly shares her insight and expertise to help ensure that every girl has the opportunity to achieve her dreams.

Heather has worked at Hannaford since 2000 and is currently the Manager of Business Process Change and Co-Chair of the company's Women's Business Resource Group. Heather has four children, ranging in age from 5 to 19, and loves going on their annual family camping trip.

She serves as a Girl Scout Assistant Troop Leader and previously volunteered as a Girl Scout parent volunteer. Heather is excited about the opportunity to serve on the Girl Scouts of Maine Board and give back to her community through an organization she is passionate about. In her free time, she enjoys crafting and gardening.

Deirdre is President and Owner of Hardypond Construction, managing large commercial construction projects by working closely with clients to understand their needs, supporting them throughout the construction process, and keeping projects on schedule.

She states, “I am dedicated to furthering women and girls’ leadership opportunities in Maine. In my own company, as a woman in construction, I advocate for women and girls’ equality. Girl Scouts had an impact on me as a kid, mainly by giving me a greater connection to my community and giving me my first examples of entrepreneurship. I have seen how Girl Scouts has already had an impact on my daughter by giving her a safe environment to explore new interests and learn about philanthropy.”

Deirdre serves on the boards of the Institute for Family-Owned Business and the Maine Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association.

Meghan is in the 11th grade and has been involved in Girl Scouts for nine years. She has led a variety of community service projects through her Silver and Gold Awards, helped plan and organize troop, council, and service unit events, and served in leadership roles, including Silver and Gold Award project leader, member of the Teen Advisory Group (TAG), and National Council Session (NCS) delegate.

Meghan is passionate about leadership, service, and creating spaces where everyone feels valued and heard. Her experiences have shown her how powerful youth voices can be in creating positive change. She believes serving on the Board will allow her to advocate for new ideas that help Girl Scouts continue to grow and remain inclusive for all.

Kiley Parker

Kiley is in the ninth grade and has been involved in Girl Scouts for six years. Before moving to Maine, she served as a Program Aide at a Girl Scout camp in Pennsylvania.

Kiley believes elevating girls' voices is vital, especially within an organization like Girl Scouts of Maine, which is dedicated to helping every girl discover her strength, confidence, and potential. Her hope for the future of Girl Scouts of Maine is that all girls across the state feel truly seen, heard, and empowered to lead their own path and shape their own future.

Kiley's lifelong goal is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others, and she believes serving on the Board would be an extraordinary way to do that by amplifying girls' voices, strengthening the council's work, and helping to shape a brighter future for Girl Scouts across Maine.
