What an inspiring day! On Saturday, November 8, 2025, Girl Scouts of Maine hosted the 17th Annual Transforming Leadership Conference at the University of Maine in Orono. Over 200 participants—Girl Scouts in grades 6–12 and the adults who support them—came together for a day of confidence-building, leadership development, and connection.
This year’s theme, “Shine Bright: Illuminating Your Future,” encouraged attendees to step out of their comfort zones and explore new skills through dynamic workshops led by industry experts. From STEM and robotics to self-defense and financial tips, the sessions offered something for everyone.
