Girl Scouts in grades 6–12 and the adults who support them are invited to spend a day discovering, creating, and growing together at this year's Transforming Leadership Conference: Fearless and Flourishing. This annual event brings hands-on workshops, fresh perspectives, and a chance to build community with others across the Girl Scout Movement.
Explore what it means to be Fearless and Flourishing through interactive sessions and meaningful conversations. Sessions like Nourish to Flourish, Pause & Power Up, Sew What?, and Seaweed Science & Art will help you build confidence, sharpen new skills, and step into your role as a leader.
Adults are encouraged to jump in too—share ideas, swap stories, and gain tools to support the next generation of leaders (and yourselves)!
Whether you're a Girl Scout discovering new passions or a volunteer looking for inspiration and fresh energy, this dynamic day will leave you feeling empowered and ready to flourish.
