Congratulations to Kathi Dubar, our highlighted September Volunteer of the Month! Kathi is a service unit treasurer, fall and cookie product supervisor, and troop leader.
Though she is a longtime volunteer who has experience in a wide variety of areas within the Longreach Service Unit, Kathi’s favorite role is coming full circle with the organization to lead her daughter in their troop based out of Georgetown.
Known for her ability to express her creative ideas in a gentle and kind way when it comes to planning and organizing service unit programs, Kathi is described by her peers as a joy to work with. Despite her ever-growing list of service unit roles and busy schedule, Kathi is always the first to step up and take on more responsibilities within her service unit. Kathi is an invaluable member of our organization, and massive role model for her fellow committee members and the Girl Scouts in Troop 1436.
Congratulations, Kathi, your unwavering and constant commitment to the Girl Scout way of life does not go unnoticed. Thank you for giving your all in everything you do for GSME, big and small. Please join us in recognizing and celebrating Kathi this month!
