Green ME Up is back for its ninth year on Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Freeport Town Hall!
Join us for a FREE, hands-on, fun-filled event for the whole family. Green ME Up is a day to get inspired, take action, and learn how you can help keep Maine green—today and for generations to come.
Enjoy interactive, earth-friendly activities led by organizations such as WormMainea, Casco Bay Estuary Partnership, Consigli Construction, and many more. Climb the rock wall, explore Leave No Trace principles, and discover how small actions can make a big difference for our planet.
This free event is open to the public and perfect for families and people of all ages.
Parking for this event: Did you know all the parking lots in Freeport are free? There’s ample parking surrounding L.L. Bean off Main St., expansive lots on Depot St. and Bow St., and even a two-story covered parking garage under Freeport Village Station that is FREE all day!
