Girl Scouts from Junior Troop 227 bundled up this winter and took to the slopes to ski at the Camden Snow Bowl! Known as the place where the “mountain meets the sea,” the Camden ski area is one of Maine’s best hidden gems when it comes to snowy activities.
The girls got to enjoy a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean at night from the double and triple chairlifts at the only ski mountain on the East Coast with coastal views.
Not only did the troop have an awesome evening of winter fun, they also learned how to dress for success in colder weather and increase their social development and self-esteem by trying something new!
