Girl Scouts from Troop 83 took a trip to Québec City. They stayed at a campground and learned more about French-Canadian culture while exploring the city!
The Girl Scouts got out of their comfort zones and visited the Arbraska Chauveau Ropes Course, going through the training course, obstacles, and two Girl Scouts even braved the 1,000-foot zipline.
The Girl Scouts also visited the Jardin Botanique at Laval University, where they explored beautiful plants, tried ripe white strawberries, and learned about new breeds of flowers the garden is working on. The troop also visited the Aquarium, where they spent hours watching animals, feeding stingrays, and experiencing the ocean through virtual reality.
While in Québec, the Girl Scouts explored the city, seeing historic sites like Citadelle De Québec, visited a cat café, spent an evening at the Méga Parc, and enjoyed a boat ride across the St. Lawrence River.
The Girl Scouts can’t wait to start planning their next adventure.
