Wonderful Worms

On September 17, The Children’s Museum and Theatre of Maine hosted an event with Girl Scouts where we got up close and personal with something slimy—worms!
“Wonderful Worms” is a hands-on program that allowed the girls to observe, touch, and learn about sustainability. They learned about how worms are a vital part of various ecosystems, how to tell male and female worms apart, and got the opportunity to explore the Children’s Museum after hours.
It was great to be back with our Program Partner, The Children’s Museum and Theatre of Maine, in their new space!
