Archery, knot tying, badges, boating, and campfires, oh my!

Celebrate Camp was packed full of activities at Camp Pondicherry in Bridgton and Camp Natarswi in Millinocket.
Camp Pondicherry had more than 230 Girl Scouts come out for the weekend. Girls worked on new Math in Nature badges, learned about fires, fire building, made s'mores, and tie-dyed bandanas. They also were able to do archery or the ropes challenge course.
Dozens more enjoyed Camp Natarswi in gorgeous Baxter State Park. Despite the weather forecast calling for rain, the weather was beautiful and the girls were able to go boating! Enjoying similar activities to Pondicherry, girls learned about navigation, Natarswi history, went rock climbing, and made s'mores.
So much fun had by all at this much anticipated annual Girl Scouts of Maine event!
