Silver Award Girl Scouts, Kiera, Cordelia, and Lyla

Figuring out your future career path can be a challenging and stressful task, especially when you don’t know what all your options are. Three Biddeford Girl Scouts, Kiera, Cordelia, and Lyla, recognized this as an issue for female students in their community who weren’t necessarily aware of all the potential career options out there and came up with a solution for their Silver Award project. The group of three organized a career fair, complete with a panel of nine female guest speakers who represented different companies and industries within today’s workforce to answer questions and shed light on jobs that suit unique interests.
