There are so many ways to participate in Girl Scouting. We offer many
exciting program options for both Juliettes and Girl Scouts in
troops…so don’t miss out on great fun with the Girl Scouts. Just make
sure to register in time – many of our programs fill up!

It’s super easy! All you have to do is
visit eBiz in the upper right hand corner. Log in, search for your
program, and register.
But wait a minute! Aren’t you
using a new registration system?
If you are a member, you can log in and renew for your
membership using MY GS. However we are still using eBiz to register for all programs, events, and
trainings. Just remember that your eBiz password is different than
your MY GS password!
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are a NEW
member, or a troop leader adding a new girl to your roster, you MUST
complete the membership registration first before you try to
register for a program, event, or training.
~ If you are a new member, you can register
online
~ If you are a current troop leader, you can add
girls to your roster using MY GS.
After 24 hours, you can register for
the program, event, or training. This allows our systems to sync up
with the correct information.
As GSME, we strive to use our resources
wisely and make sure that we are doing the best we can to serve all
our Girl Scouts. To ensure the best service possible, we have updated
our cancellation policy for all our programs, events, and trainings.
Please read and plan carefully when registering!
What happens if I need to cancel my registration? If you have
already registered for a program, event, or training, and need to
cancel, refund requests received on or prior to the registration
deadline will receive a refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations made after the registration deadline for the program,
event or training will not be eligible for a refund.
What happens if GSME cancels? If GSME cancels a program,
event, or training for any reason, we will refund the full amount of
your registration fee. Decisions regarding cancellations due to
inclement weather will be made with the safety of our members in mind,
and will be based on conditions at the program, event, or training
location.
Are there any exceptions? Occasionally, the policy may vary
depending on the timing of our required payment to the provider of the
program, event, or training. We will make sure those details are in
the communications for that opportunity.
