Girl Scouts of Maine operates three unique outdoor program sites: Camp Pondicherry, Camp Natarswi, and Camp Kirkwold.
We offer unforgettable summer overnight camp opportunities for girls and also rent our camps to service units, Girl Scout troops and families, school groups, non-profits, and other groups. Don’t forget you can rent equipment, our archery and hatchet ranges, or any of our other amenities. Imagine the possibilities from overnight camp and troop and family camp to field trips, team-building, or company retreats!
How to reserve a site
Our three camp properties are available for rent outside of our summer overnight season. Please click the button below for all rental inquiries and fill out the form as thoroughly as possible. The camp team will reach out to discuss details and finalize the reservation.
Reservations can be made up to six months in advance. For service units holding camporees, or other non-profit groups who may need to book further in advance than six months, please contact Customer Care at 888-922-4763 to discuss needs and the possibility of reserving up to one year in advance.
A deposit equal to 50% of the total fee is required at time of booking the site.

How to reserve equipment
Girl Scouts of Maine has equipment available for troops and groups to rent at Kirkwold, Pondicherry, and Natarswi. The equipment includes archery and hatchet, canoes, kayaks, paddles, and personal floatation devices (PFDs). The Carolyn Lee Challenge Course (low rope course) is available for use at Camp Pondicherry. Please note that your group needs to provide lifeguards or qualified instructors for these specialties: Swimming, Boating, Archery/Hatchet, and Challenge Course.
To request adding equipment or project areas to your reservation, note this while filling out the inquiry form. Camp staff can also discuss these additions while planning your reservation!
A deposit equal to 50% of the total fee is required at time of booking the equipment.

Other Approved Non-Profit Groups

| Less than 8 weeks | No refund; full balance due |
*Please note Girl Scout troops and service units will need to have completed Overnight Troop Camp Training prior to renting and provide the authorized instructor's name and qualifications during the reservation process.
*Other groups will be required to provide insurance and other required documentation.
