Learning together is part of what makes our community in Girl Scouts of Maine so strong. If you've completed Troop Volunteers Part 1 and have met with your troop at least a couple times, then you're ready to sign up for Troop Volunteers Part 2!
This live, interactive virtual session is designed to support you as you continue your troop leader adventure. Bring your questions, share your discoveries and successes, and connect with other Girl Scout volunteers from across the state. We'll explore Girl Scout programming (such as badges and travel), talk through troop dynamics and finances, and help you navigate the resources and support available throughout Girl Scouts of Maine.
Prior to attending Troop Volunteers Part 2, please be sure to also complete GSME Child Abuse & Neglect Prevention Training.
To be considered fully trained,all troop leaders are required to complete Troop Volunteers Part 2 before taking their troops on trips or participating in activities beyond the regular meeting location.
