A Bronze Level Scholarship is awarded to Riley Yates of Windham.
One of the biggest challenges that she sees facing girls and women today is gender inequality in all areas of life, including stereotypes, limited access to opportunities, and the pay gap. She plans to focus on advocacy and mentorship and to make a difference through education and partnership with larger groups working on this issue.
