Silver Award Girl Scouts, Laura and Lily
Through community observation, Laura and Lily discovered that with the onset of the COVID pandemic, students did not have easy access to books. With school being remote on certain days, food insecurity became more of issue for some students in their community. Laura and Lily teamed up with the local middle school to gain approval to install a Little Free Library and a Food Pantry on school grounds.
