Finance Assistant

The Finance Assistant is responsible for accounts payable and receivable transactions and other miscellaneous responsibilities.

This position is office-based with a 35 hour work week (Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.); may be required to work outside of normally scheduled hours occasionally.

Customer Care Manager

The Customer Care Manager is responsible for the customer care team that serves as first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries (phone, email, web or walk-ins.) and is responsible for the day to day general office systems and administrative needs.

Customer Care Specialist

The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, web, or in-person and for providing exceptional customer service throughout all customer interactions. She/he records all inquiries within the membership database (Volunteer Systems) and is fluent in case management processes and guidelines.

The Customer Care Specialist is also responsible for performing general administrative duties for the council as directed.

Part Time Opportunities

Program Lead - A Place for Girls (Biddeford)

The Program Lead contributes to the growth and development of girls in grades K-12 by providing quality programming and emphasizing the values and standards of Girl Scouts of the USA. While programming will currently be delivered virtually, in-person programming in Biddeford will restart later in 2021. The hours per week includes both preparation for meetings and the meetings themselves.
