Why participate in the Fall Product Program?

The Fall Product Program is a key part of a Girl Scout's leadership journey. It enables participants to enhance skills such as customer service, organization, creative problem-solving, money management, marketing, and goal setting.

Whether she's taking online orders or going door-to-door with her Girl Scout sisters, this program provides an opportunity for girls to put their skills into action, show their Girl Scout spirit, and build confidence through customer interactions.

Participating in the Fall Product Program is a fun, straightforward way to earn rewards and start-up funds for activities at the beginning of the Girl Scout year. Don't miss out!

Girl Scouts can participate in the program by using a paper order card, the M2 online sales platform, or both!

Nuts & Chocolate In-Person Order Card:

Girl Scouts take orders for items on the order card
Customers pay up front
Family enters orders into M2 by November 1, 2026
Family turns collected money into a troop leader by November 1, 2026
Items delivered to service units on November 19-20, 2026
Troop leaders will let you know when you can pick up items
Girl Scouts deliver to customers by December 6, 2026

Nuts & Chocolate Online Girl Delivered:

Girl Scouts create their personalized storefront in M2 and send emails to friends and family
Customers pay online; no shipping fees
Orders are automatically credited to the Girl Scout in M2 (do not add these orders to your paper card)
Items delivered to service units on November 19-20, 2026
Girl Scouts deliver to customers by December 6, 2026
If a customer orders for girl-delivery and the Girl Scout cannot deliver, they must contact M2 customer service by November 1, 2026, to cancel.

Girl Scouts create their personalized storefront in M2 and send emails to friends and family
Customers pay online, including the cost of shipping
Orders are automatically credited to the Girl Scout in M2 (do not add these orders to your paper card)
Shipped directly to the customer

Customers can pay for expedited shipping
Final day for ordering is November 9, 2026

Social Media Guidelines toggle arrow

Please remember that marketplace sales via Facebook Marketplace, Amazon, eBay, Next Door, Craigslist, etc., are NOT allowed.

Girls participating in the Fall Product Program may call, text, and send emails to alert friends and family to their product sale and accept customer commitments via email, text, or telephone.

All girls should have a hands-on role in marketing their business. Girls of all ages should partner with their parents, guardians, or caregivers to develop a plan to market their business online safely.

Parents sharing via their personal social media should state that their Girl Scout is selling fall product and share how to reach them to place an order.

Parents/guardians should do the posting for girls under the age of 13. Girls 13 or older may use social networking sites to market products but must follow council and GSUSA guidelines. When girls are marketing online, members should only use their first name, troop number, and council name. Personal emails or street addresses of girls should never be used to contact or respond to customers.

Be sure to attend the Fall Product Program troop training led by your leaders to learn about the benefits of the Fall Product Program and all the details on how you can help your Girl Scout and her troop succeed! You’ll also receive all necessary paper forms from your troop leader.

One thing we’ve heard from volunteers is that they wish they knew how easy the Fall Product Program was to manage.

The program is a simple way to earn start-up funds for the year and is a great way for Girl Scouts to practice their entrepreneurial skills for the upcoming Girl Scout Cookie Program.

Utilize the Fall Product Program Volunteer Guide as you plan and manage the program, and be sure to read your weekly leader emails for your action steps for the week.

Rewards, Patches, and Proceeds toggle arrow

Troops earn 12% on each item sold.
Troops choosing to opt out of rewards will earn an additional 2% per item sold.*
Juliettes earn 12% per item sold, with proceeds credited to the Juliette Fund.
Girl Scouts can still earn the Outfit Your Adventure reward even if their troop opts out of other rewards.

*The deadline for troops to opt out is 11:59 p.m. EST on November 10, 2026!

Care to Share Program toggle arrow

The Care to Share Program is a great way for customers to give back to our troops! Girls collect Share donations, and Ashdon Farms, on behalf of Girl Scouts of Maine, delivers the product to Operation Gratitude.

Each donation is credited to the girls’ sales, and the troop receives proceeds for each donation sold. Girls can earn the Care to Share patch by selling 5+ Share donations.

FAQs

My girls are attempting to register and get a “Campaign is Currently Unavailable” message.

Girls cannot begin online account registration until the sale launch date on September 18, 2026.

I entered the email addresses to send access notifications to the girls in my troop, but they haven’t sent them yet. It says, “Queued for Sending.” How long does it take to send them?

Access emails will not be sent to the participants until the sale's launch date on September 18, 2026.

I can’t find a button to submit my Girl Scout’s paper card orders.

There is no submit button. Just enter the totals and they’ll be submitted when the council submits on November 4, 2026.

I forgot to enter my Girl Scout’s paper order card by the deadline of 11:59 p.m. EST on November 1, 2026.

Reach out to your troop leader immediately so they can enter the card for you or elevate the issue. Order cards received by GSME after 11:59 p.m. EST on November 3, 2026, cannot be entered. The customer will need to place the order online for direct shipment to their home via the Girl Scouts’ M2 link.

I am a volunteer, and my daughter is participating. Can I use the same email address for my volunteer and girl accounts?

Yes! Upon login, you will be notified which account you are signing on to. You can access accounts here.

One of my girls received an online girl-delivered order that the family is unable to deliver. How do I remove it?

The parent/guardian (or customer) must contact M2 Customer Service to cancel and remove the order from the system. This cancellation MUST be completed before 11:59 p.m. EST on November 1, 2026.

My girl received/entered orders that put her over the next reward threshold, but the system isn’t showing that she earned the reward.

Once additional sales have been received/entered, the system can take 1-2 hours to update the rewards section.
