Fall Product Program

Nuts & Magazines

The Girl Scout Fall Product Program is a great opportunity for troops to earn start up money to blast into the new Girl Scout year! On average, troops can earn $135.00 just by participating, and now it is even easier! Girls can choose to participate in the online sale, the order card sale, or both. The nuts and candy are delicious and designed specifically for the Girl Scouts, and the magazine sale is a great opportunity to renew your favorites or try something new!

COVID-19 and Safety Guidelines

Please read our guidelines for returning to in-person Girl Scout gatherings before participating in the 2021 Fall Product Program. As the risks associated with the pandemic continue to change, we will modify these guidelines accordingly.

See COVID-19 Safety Guidelines here.

There is no submit button! Orders are transmitted for fulfillment automatically after the cutoff date.

If a girl does not turn in money at scheduled time, do not place her order. Contact her parent/guardian immediately. Keep the troop leader/service unit leader informed of all contact attempts and document the information. Orders should not be placed unless payment has been received by the troop.

Money for all online orders shows as already paid to council and final ACH will be adjusted for the troop to earn proceeds on these sales.

If your troop decides to accept checks, be sure to have a phone number and driver’s license number listed on the check. We recommend you only take checks from people you know and are comfortable contacting if there is a problem.

Care to Share Program

The Care to Share Program is a great way for customers to give back to our troops! Girls collect Share donations (in $6 increments) and Ashdon Farms, on behalf of Girl Scouts of Maine, takes care of delivering the product!

Each donation is credited to the girl’s sales and the troop receives proceeds per each donation sold. Girls can earn the Care to Share patch by selling 5+ Share donations.

Volunteer M2OS Access

In-depth volunteers will receive an email invitation from M2 that explains how to access the site and get started. If you have not received an email invitation to access the M2OS site by September 14, 2021, please visit www.gsnutsandmags.com/admin and select “Forgot your password?”. If you need further assistance, please contact your service unit product manager or M2 Customer Service.

  • Your access email will prompt you to create a password to access your M2OS Volunteer account. If you are a returning user, login using your existing credentials.
  • You will be prompted to complete certain account information, as applicable—watch a short system training video, enter a mailing address, create your Avatar, and send access emails to the participants in your troop.

Just for Juliette girls

Dear Girl Scout Parent/Guardian,

Welcome to a wonderful year of Girl Scouting. We are excited to tell you about the two Product Programs your daughter is eligible to participate in each year:  the Fall Product Program and the Girl Scout Cookie Program. Through the Girl Scout Product Programs, girls learn five key skills: Goal Setting, Decision Making, Money Management, People Skills, and Business Ethics.

The 2021 Fall Product Program allows girls to earn money and cumulative recognition items by selling nuts/candy and magazines to their friends and family. The program begins on September 17, 2021 with online sales continuing until October 31, 2021.  Girls have the option to sell in-person, online, or both. With deliveries just before the holidays, these make great gifts!

As a currently registered Juliette (an individually registered girl who works on her own either by choice or while waiting to be placed in a troop), your daughter is able to participate in Girl Scout Product Programs. Participating in the Fall Product Program is fun and a great way to earn money to fund her Girl Scout experience.

The money she will earn from her Product Program sales is placed in a special fund just for Juliettes. She may use the fund to pay for badges, pins, and awards earned by Girl Scout Juliettes or to request money for a Girl Scout Juliette’s annual membership registration fee, uniform, Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) program materials, registration for Girl Scout events, or a community service project.

All of the materials you will need to participate in the Fall Product Program can be found here on our website.

If you would like your Juliette to participate, or you have any questions about the 2021 Fall Product Program, please contact the Product Team at productsales@gsmaine.org.

FAQs

My girls are attempting to register and get a “Campaign is Currently Unavailable” message.

  • Girls cannot begin online account registration until the sale launch date.

I entered the email addresses to send access notifications to the girls in my troop, but they haven’t sent, it says “Queued for Sending”. How long does it take to send?

  • Access emails will not be sent to the participants until the launch date of the sale.

I am a volunteer and have a daughter participating. Can I use the same email address for my volunteer and girl accounts?

  • Yes! You will be notified upon login as to which account you are signing on to. Access accounts here: Volunteers | Girls

One of my girls received an online girl-delivered order that the family is unable to deliver. How do I remove it?

  • The parent/guardian (or customer) will need to contact M2 Customer Service to have the order cancelled and removed from the system. This cancellation MUST be completed before the sale end date.

My girl received/entered orders that put her over the next reward threshold, but the system isn’t showing that she earned the reward.

  • The system can take 1-2 hours to update the rewards section once additional sales have been received/entered.
  • You will be able to see a list of pre-uploaded girls. Don’t worry if not all girls show up on this list at the beginning of the sale. Any girls not pre-loaded can simply register here once the sale begins. They will then be added automatically to your troop roster.
  • Girls can launch their accounts on September 17, 2021. Please note that the system will not accept any early participant activity; girls must wait until the sale launch date.
  • Participants can enter their own paper orders into their accounts through November 1, 2021. If they do not enter their orders, you will need to do so through your volunteer account.
