- Power washer (electric)
- Refrigerator (no more than 7 years old)
- Utility trailer (with dumping bed preferred)
- Clothes dryer- electric (no more than 7 years old)
- Small generator (around 3000 HP)
- Wheel barrows
- Garden carts
- Area rug in good condition approx 15x20 (low nap or commercial grade)
- Lumber- 2x4 and 2x6 dimensions
- Gravel or crushed stone
- Wood chipper (to take up to 6 inch material)
- Digital Camera
- LCD projector
- Table Top photocopiers
- Laptops and Desktop Computers (no more than 3 years old)
- Flat panel monitors
- 12 inch cast iron fry pans
- 2 burner propane coleman stoves ( new or almost new)
- 10 and 12 qt stainless pots ( heavy duty)
- Rakes
- Long handle shovels
