Refunds and Returns
All returned merchandise must be in sellable condition, with original tags and packaging, and currently available in the shop. With a receipt and within 30 days of purchase, you may receive a full refund. Items returned without a receipt or after 30 days can be exchanged or we will issue a store gift certificate. Damaged items will be an equal exchange only. Hats, hosiery items, cassettes/CDs can be exchanged only if defective. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
