The 2010 Annual Meeting will feature:

• Election of Board of Directors members
• Bylaws Committee Report and Discussion
• Recognition of graduating Senior Girl Scouts
• Adult Recognitions

All Girl Scouts and their guests are welcome to attend.

Details of the meeting will be sent to County Chairs and all other delegates.

Lunch by reservation only.
Cost is $12.00 for delegates and $18.00 for guests.
All reservations must be received at the South Portland Service Center
no later than April 22, 2010.

Overnight Accommodations:
The Ramada Inn has offered a special rate of $79.90 (+ 7% state sales tax) for Friday night if anyone is interested in staying over. If you are interested, contact the reservations department directly at 207-784-2331 by April 23rd and let them know you are with the Girl Scouts in order to get the special rate. A maximum of four people may stay in one room.
