How do I get Girl Scout gear?

You can get Girl Scout gear in person at our Service Centers or you can order gear by phone, mail, or fax. To order merchandise from our shops, complete this Shop Order Form and submit it to our South Portland or Bangor Shop. We accept MasterCard, Discover, VISA, and American Express.

Uniform Placement and Custom Insignia

Need assistance placing insignia on your Girl Scout Uniform? Print off a Uniform Placement sheet or contact the shop staff for assistance.

For custom name pins, complete this form and submit it to our South Portland or Bangor Shop.  

Refunds and Returns

All returned merchandise must be in sellable condition, with original tags and packaging, and currently available in the shop. With a receipt and within 30 days of purchase, you may receive a full refund. Items returned without a receipt or after 30 days can be exchanged or we will issue a store gift card. Damaged items will be an equal exchange only. Hats, hosiery items, cassettes/CDs can be exchanged only if defective. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. 

Please note: Funtown Splashtown USA tickets are NOT refundable.

Clearance and Sale Items

All items on clearance/sale are priced as marked and are not returnable. Visit our online store to view our latest clearance items.

Tax Exempt Purchases in Shops

Troop purchases are sales tax exempt if paid with a troop debit card or troop check. Purchases paid with personal checks, personal debit/credit cards or cash are not tax exempt.
