Congratulations to Victoria Noyes for being Volunteer of the Month!

Victoria Noyes

Victoria has been a Girl Scout for many years as both a girl and an adult. She loves the many adventures Girl Scouts provides for girls and the ability to share it all with her daughters. Not only does she get to share her love of Girl Scouts with her daughters, but she also has a troop of Cadettes in Skowhegan who have been with her since they were Daisies who she can share her enthusiasm for scouting with.
As a Service Unit Manager in the Somerset Service Unit, Victoria always pitches in wherever she is needed and goes the extra mile to help out however she can. She has helped with many Daisy samplers to get new troops started and she loves to help create service unit wide events so girls can get together and connect with their sister Girl Scouts. Additionally, she is an adult learning facilitator and is a welcoming mentor to new leaders.
Victoria is also an advocate for adult learning and the outdoors. She even became certified in archery so her service unit could provide added outdoor opportunities for the girls! Victoria is a big fan of Girl Scouts of Maine camps. She has been to all of our camps except for Camp Scelkit, which she hopes to visit soon. And for the last two years, Victoria has volunteered at Camp Natarswi, one of her favorite places.
Thank you, Victoria for all you do for Girl Scouts and for investing in girls! Girl Scouts of Maine is proud to have you as a volunteer!
