2017 Camp Adventures for Grown-Ups
Do you remember the last time you enjoyed the great outdoors with grown-ups? Here is a chance to meet new friends, pick up a new skill, dust off an old one, challenge yourself or relax, while you enjoy the beauty of Camp Natarswi. Have fun and learn new skills, all in the shadow of breathtaking Mt. Katahdin. Just choose your track, send in your registration and payment by the due date, and pack your bags! Fun is just on the horizon.
Register by May 31 for the Early Bird price of $39! After that, the regular registration price will be $55 until June 29. Starting July 31, the price will be $65.
Camp Adventures for Grown Ups Track Descriptions
Archery: Take aim and enjoy the power and excitement of this track, whether you want to become certified to take others out or you just want to hone your skill. Spend a day with bow and arrows, learn how to hit the target, and enjoy! Additional fee for certification: $125

Backpacking: Explore Lower Trails of Baxter State Park, and sleep under the stars. You will be required to meet with the instructor before arriving to be sure you have the required gear and experience. Additional fee: $40 Min 2/Max 4
Canoe Adventure: Explore Upper Togue Ponds on this canoe trip, enjoying the beauty and peace on the water. This is a novice-level class. Additional fee: $30 Min 4/Max 8
Camp Sampler: Enjoy all that Camp Natarswi has to offer you in a group camp setting, as if you were back at summer camp! No prior camp training required. Min: 5
Hike Mt Katahdin: Enjoy hiking? A trip up Mt. Katahdin is great to add to your Summit List. This year, the summit hike will be going up the recently updated Abol Trail and down Saddle and Chimney. This hike is tough and requires participants to prepare themselves for physically challenging, albeit beautiful and satisfying, day.

Low Trails Hike: If you enjoy hiking but want a more moderate challenge, this track is for you. This group will spend the day hiking the Little and Big Niagara Falls Trail and then around Dacey Pond.

Just Kick Back: As the name implies, this track leaves you to relax at camp on your own. You can hang out with others in the track or take advantage of some alone time, joining the larger group for meals in the dining hall. Start building that summer reading list. Min 1
Outdoor Cooking: Learn new ways to cook outside, with lots of recipes, and have fun experimenting with many different methods! Min 4/Max10
Spa Adventure: This brand new track will offer a variety of relaxing and refreshing activities to help you recharge. Additional fee: $40

The Big Picture—Photography Fundamentals: Enjoy the wonders of our outdoor classroom at Camp Natarswi while learning how to get the most out of your DSLR camera. Camp Natarswi is the perfect on location site to capture amazing landscapes, real life action, wildlife and stunning sunsets. To help you get the most out of our adventure, an online webinar will be held in July to help you learn some camera basics, talk about equipment, and answer questions so you are ready to go when you arrive at camp. An additional $25 fee will be charged to cover specialized supplies including a cleaning kit and field guide. Min 6/ Max 15
