The 2008 Girl Scout Cookie Sale Program

The Girl Scout Cookie Sale Program is the nation’s premiere business and economic literacy initiative for girls and is directly related to the Girl Scout mission of helping all girls to grow into strong, confident and resourceful citizens!

Through the cookie sale, Girl Scouts across Maine will learn important skills such as goal-setting, handling money responsibly, greeting the public, and following through with a commitment.

When you buy your favorite Girl Scout cookies, you are helping to generate important income for local troops, programs and trainings. You may order cookies from your favorite Girl Scout or buy them at public locations during the “booth sale” phase.
