How to reserve a site

To reserve a campsite or building e-mail Sandy Steinberg or call the program registrar at 888-922-4763 or 207-772-1177.

Please note what camp, facility and dates you are interested in reserving.

All requests received on opening day will be processed first. After opening day, site reservations are on a first come first serve basis.

For Girl Scout groups

Reservation opening dates

September 1 for January - March camping dates
Dec 1 for April - August camping dates
May 1 for September - December camping dates

August 1 for Neighborhood camporees requesting sites for spring, summer, fall of the following year.

All other groups

Reservation opening dates  

Oct 1 for January - March camping dates
Jan 1 for April - August camping dates
June 1 for September - December camping dates

How to reserve equipment

Girl Scouts of Maine has equipment available for troops and groups to rent at Kirkwold, Pondicherry and Natarswi. The equipment includes argery, canoes, funyaks, paddles and lifejackets.

The Carolyn Lee Challenge Course is available for use at Camp Pondicherry.
