Natalie currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors of Girl Scouts of Maine, and is a member of the Property and Risk Management and the Finance-Audit Committees. She was an active member of the board of legacy council Kennebec since 1994, serving as chair/president, assistant treasurer, and vice-chair of the Finance-Audit Committee. She was also a national council delegate, chair of the 2004 Council Performance Assessment Committee, co-chair of the Women of Distinction Dinner Committee, and served on the Council Realignment Committee.
