Joann is a member-at-large on the GSME Board of Directors and serves on the Finance-Audit Committee and the Human Resources Committee.  She served as president of the board of legacy council Kennebec from 1995 - 2000.   She was a member of the Council Realignment Committee.  Joann serves on the Board of Directors of Sweetser and was formerly president.  She is a member of the Town of Wells Personnel Committee.
