Nancy is currently serving as 2nd vice president of the Girl Scouts of Maine Board of Directors and is delegate liaison. She participated in the GSME Strategic Learning group in 2012. Nancy grew up in Girl Scouting, learned the value of service, especially from her Senior Girl Scout leader, and has sought out both volunteer and work experiences that focus on helping people. She has experience working at a housing authority, a health corporation, and at a YWCA Center for Homeless Women. She is currently the Director of the Office of Performance Improvement, Maine CDC for Maine Department of Health and Human Services. Before her position at the Maine CDC, she worked for ten years as the Director of Teen and Young Adult Health, and continues to have a strong interest in the well-being of adolescents, especially young women.
